Directions for use:
remove the transparent protective film and press the insole firmly onto the shoe in the desired position. In case of discomfort, remove the product for an hour or two, then put it back in. To maintain maximum effectiveness of the product, replace it every 6 months.

Cleaning instructions:
the insoles can be hand-washed in lukewarm water with mild soap or detergent.
