Directions for use:
Gently insert the dispenser into the nostril. Apply brief pressure to the dispenser. Spray once in each nostril, one to four times a day. Blow your nose to remove the mucus. Clean the dispenser thoroughly with warm water after use. Frequency of use: As needed, one to 4 times a day.

CONTRAINDICATIONS AND SIDE EFFECTS:
Do not use in children under 2 years of age. Use for nasal use only. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse thoroughly and consult an ophthalmologist. In case of irritation consult a doctor. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not wash the nose of children when the head is tilted back, to prevent the liquid from running down the throat.
